While some people may prefer checking the Performance Dashboard in OneApp Guarantee, automated reports help save your team's time and energy. Here's how to update your profile settings to receive regular updates on your property's performance using OneApp Guarantee (in addition to standard communications like referral submission confirmations, default claim confirmations, etc.):
- In your OneApp Guarantee account, click My Profile in the left navigation bar.
- On the Profile Detail page, edit your Notification Preferences:
- Toggle on/off Monthly Active Resident Reports
- Toggle on/off Default Claim Filed Notifications
- Choose the frequency you'd like to receive Performance Dashboard Reports:
- Quarterly
- Monthly
- Weekly
- Unsubscribe
- Click Save to confirm your updates.
- If you change your mind, click Cancel to discard your changes.
