Keeping your profile information up to date ensures you receive the right notifications and reports from OneApp Guarantee. Follow these steps to update your name, email, notification preferences, and report subscription settings.
- In your OneApp Guarantee account, click My Profile in the left navigation bar.
- On the Profile Detail page, you can edit your:
- Contact Information
- Notification Settings
- Performance Report Frequency
- Learn more about your notification and communication settings.
- Click Save to confirm updates.
- If you change your mind, select Cancel to discard changes.
