If a OneApp Guarantee renter has defaulted on their lease, you may be eligible to file a claim for coverage against losses and damages up to 3x the base rent. Learn more about default protection.

To ensure a smooth process, here's what you'll need to meet the claim requirements:
- Covered Lease Agreement: The lease must be covered under an active OneApp Guarantee agreement at the time of default.
- Valid Default Reason: Claims can be filed for qualifying defaults. Learn more about default reasons.
- Required Documentation: When submitting a claim, you'll be asked to provide documents that support the reason for the claim. Learn more about required documentation.
- Timely Submission: Claims must be initiated within 30-days of the vacate date and completed within 30-days of the unit being re-rented or the lease expiration.
