How to set up your renter account

Learn how to set up your account or troubleshoot account set up issues

When you are referred to OneApp Guarantee by one of our partner properties, you'll receive a welcome email from us with a link to set up your account and get started.  

⚠️ Please Note: If you're a renter who has not been referred to OneApp Guarantee by a participating property, you will not be able to set up an account. 

Setting up your OneApp Guarantee account

  • Click the Get Started button in your welcome email.
  • On the Account Setup page, create and confirm your password.
  • Click Continue to start your application. Learn more about the application.

💡 Good to Know: Your OneApp Guarantee username is your email address.

Troubleshoot Account Setup Issues

If you were referred to OneApp Guarantee, but have not received a welcome email to create your account: 

  • Reach out to the property: Check with the property manager or leasing agent to confirm that they submitted the referral.  
  • Double check your email: Your email provider might be filtering your notifications – check your SPAM/junk folders and add @oneappguarantee to your email allow list
