Yes, guarantees are not transferrable so, if you need our support to get approved for your next lease, you will need to repeat the guarantee process again – even if you currently have an active agreement.
Every unit, lease, and property is unique – with its own specific terms and parameters – so a new guarantee is required if/when any of those things change.
