How to edit a referral

Need to make changes to a referral? OneApp Guarantee makes it easy to update applicant details when needed. Whether you're correcting a mistake or adding missing information, follow these simple steps: 

• In your OneApp Guarantee account, click the Applications tab in the left navigation bar.
  
  
• On the Applications page, use the search panel to find the application.
• Click the application you're looking to edit or make changes to.
• On the Application Detail page, you can edit or update the application: 
  • To edit Property Details: 
    • Click the Edit Property Details link. 
      
      
    • Make your edits in the pop-up window.
    • Click Update.
  • To edit Applicant Information: 
    • Click the Edit Personal Info link.
      
      
    • Make your edits and click Save.
